Stagnant water will eventually stink. A body system without circulation of blood is subject to death. God told Abraham to move forward after staying around in a particular place for too long. Similarly, God instructed the Isrealites that they needed to move forward after sojourned around the mountain for too long. In view of reality; A ship in harbor is safe, because no cause to worry for wind and storm that strike at the middle of waters, but that’s not what ship are built for.

We ought to realize that everything created by God and all things created by men, are for a purpose. Several personalities in the scripture have gone through stagnation, but they had to cry unto God, and made up their minds to make moves in order to put an end to stagnancy. Hannah cried unto God for chain of barrenness to be broken in her life. 2 kings7:3, The four lepers had to took some bold steps to step into the enemies camp for a long time siege to be violated. God’s admire people with courage to face hard decision, and move forward in faith. All you ought to do is to take a leap of faith, and see how far you can go. There are deep well of strength that are never used in us, until we can exhaust the resources dwelling within us. Then shall we move to the arena of our achieving. Always remember where you promise yourself of going to, so don’t entertain laziness, doubt, procrastination, etc, to deprive you from soaring there. Lastly, true strength consist in keep on moving, when everything around you expect you to stand still.
