Dear God, my heart and mind is in a very troubled state and i don’t know what to do ,you are my light and salvation, i will not be afraid, even though trouble arises. It is stated that anxiety in the heart of humanity causes depression, but your good touch makes it glad. We thank thee for you did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, and love, and of a sound mind, as i waited for you oh Lord, please inclined to me and hear my cry.
